Genevieve

Hey, I’m Genevieve. Originally from Christchurch, I moved up to Auckland at the start of 2016 to attend The Actors Program, graduating at the beginning of this year. As well as acting, I’ve had diverse experience in promotional, events and brand ambassador work, as well as working in hospitality, retail and administration roles. I recently completed a week long course with the renowned NZ sailor, Penny Whiting. I also have my full New Zealand Manual Driver’s License, a CPIT Barista Essentials Certificate, a valid Safe in Store Pass and a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
I am passionate about acting, good food, travelling, snow and water skiing and yoga.

Cameron

I have been working in the promotions & marketing industry for over a decade now and have extensive experience performing Event Manager & Brand Ambassador duties. I have also been involved in role playing for universities and the defence force for the past five years. I have hosted kids parties, trivia nights and other events along with temping in the hospitality industry for the past year. I also have a background in sales with management experience in the retail sector. I have been doing labouring work for about a month since arriving here in Auckland.

Jacob

Hospitality since March 2012. Part time while studying in Wellington for four years, full time over the summers and in Auckland in 2016.

Fundraising for Oxfam for a couple months in 2016. Out on the streets engaging face to face.

Rebecca

I have extensive experience in Event Management and hospitality working in many different areas of this industry. I have also worked in various promotional, brand ambassador roles in London. All of these juggled between a successful career as a performer in the West End, London.

Michelle

I spent 5 years working mostly on a casual contract though at times full time at a Golf Club in the Hospitality Industry. I started out in bar & waiting and moved up the ladder into reception and admin and for my final year there I was also the Reception Manager. I was also responsible for all of the graphic design, web design, marketing & social media for the club. In particular have a range of experience in administration, data entry and creative writing, as well as graphic design & social media. I have most recently worked at Vero Insurance in Auckland in administrative support.

Will

I have worked a variety of positions that have developed exceptional customer service and communications skills including student liaison officer, administration assistant, call center operator and brand ambassador.

My confidence and public speaking skills have been honed through delivering presentations at secondary schools and regional events for tertiary recruitment and through my work as an assistant language teacher in Japan.

Both my ability to self manage and analytical/problem solving skills have been developed through completing two degrees and conducting research and writing thematic reports for the Hutt City Council.

Not afraid to get my hands dirty, I also have some experience working as a labourer.

Narina

I have worked in customer service for 10 years and also have been doing hospitality for 3 of those years, I also have a full time office job.

Athena

I bartend presently in a busy Auckland restaurant.

I also intern as a media assistant. Work involves editing footage, research, and getting coffees.

Laura

I have been working in mainly Administration roles, The majority of this has been in Accounting. I have had brief spells in Bartending, reception and and retail roles. I have also done some promotional work through bodyFX and some performance work with Weta.
