I bartend presently in a busy Auckland restaurant.

I also intern as a media assistant. Work involves editing footage, research, and getting coffees.

I worked as a volunteer in several big events in Brazil at the Gay Parade and Tourism Fair, participated in the organization and promotion to the disassembly of the event.

I started working life after school in radio working my way through on air broadcasting, audio engineering, administration, management and communications.
I left media to train as an actor in my late 20’s. During my training I worked a lot in hospitality and retail as a character host, event manager, barista and MC.
Also worked infrequently on temp jobs with film crews, data entry, labouring, painting and hospitality.

Trained actress at Guildford school of acting England. Worked professionally for 7 years in and out of hospitality and event work for companies such as Invisible Events. Confident to use transferable skills from acting in different work environments in role play and front of house roles. Competent waitress/ bar tender and also personal assistant. Very organised and reliable.

Julie

I’m an experienced social worker. Skilled in public speaking at all sorts of events and venues, to groups of all sizes and interests. I’ve written and facilitated training courses, workshops and seminars. I enjoy event management and being the hostess with the mostess. I have retail experience and excellent customer service skills.

I began working for a Kohanga Reo immersed in Te Reo Maori. After moving to Auckland in early 2016 i began work for a number of positions from Children’s parties, dressing up as spiderman and batman on occasions while doing weekly refugee support work at Mixit Charity out at Corban’s Estate, creating bonds in our 2 our creative classes which involved something different each term, ranging from spoken work practice to dance classes all with proper industry tutors coming in to share their time.

I have a service background, law enforcement & amp; teaching experience from Los Angeles. I have worked in public relations and advisory positions in LA for political parties. In NZ I have worked in factories peeling potatoes, pick packing, and as a personal trainer at a cross fit gym in Auckland. I have worked in retail as a manager for a furniture store, and in call centre environments inbound & outbound as a sales person and customer service representative.

I have been employed in hospitality since High school working my way from fast food to restaurants to bars. I have a wide range of experience with different clientele.

Marianne

For the past few years I’ve been working in the hospitality industry. I am driven, a hard worker, fast learner and I have great social skills and customer service skills. I always strive for the best and thrive on dealing with new challenges.
I have mainly dealt with Food Hospitality- FOH as well as a supervisor.
