I have worked in customer service for 10 years and also have been doing hospitality for 3 of those years, I also have a full time office job.
I have worked in hospitality environments including one of Simon Gault’s restaurants & a bar in Taupo working both the kitchen and bar. Also worked demolishing houses in Perth, Australia & panel beating top of the line European, American and Japanese cars.
During my time with Simon Gault I worked on upwards of 20 weddings, prepping/serving food and drinks, and ensuring all guests have a smile on there face at all times. I understand the pressure behind working in fast-paced hospitality environments and work the part well.

In the past I have worked as a head waitress in a gourmet catering company, been in management positions in fashion retail and temped as a receptionist. I was a High school classroom teacher specialising in Music, Drama and English and I have now moved into part time itinerant Vocal teaching and private vocal teaching.
