Work Skills: Reception and Front Desk + Administration

Jennifer

I graduated from AUT with a BHSc and have done some work in health administration, sales and fashion retail.
I have plenty of interest in writing, fashion and sales jobs. I like jobs that involve organisation and communication with others. I am also completing a TEFL course so that I can do tutoring and teaching jobs.

I have been in the work force for just over 10 years in both full time and part time. My Experience includes 7 years in hospitality as a waitress and barista, 6 Years as a dance teacher, 2 years in retail as well significant experience in bar tending, nanny and promotional/talent work.

I used to be a brand ambassador for 4 years. After that I was a full time credit controller. My day to day job included making phone calls and maintaining/building strong relationship with clients. I am used to public speaking and have great communication skills.

I have a communications degree in Television which has seen me be production coordinator at Les Mills International. Prior to this I have been a cinema attendant, meeting and greeting customers and upsetting movies for 3 years. At the l=same time I enjoyed engaging with clients as a brand ambassador who would sell wine, bread, mangos to customers whilst talking to them about the product. This diverse experience has made me enthusiastic around people, really focussed and driven to helping out companies, brands and clients.

I started out with promotions which lead me to team leading and managing jobs. I thoroughly enjoy facilitating, managing and organising. I’ve worked in events, projects, theatre, conferences and exhibitions. Hosting, managing and presenting.
Experienced role player, real circumstances. Worked in bars and restaurants. Have painting experience.
I also do voice over work for commercials, E-Learning and exams (Dutch).

I have had so many different short-term contract jobs in so many different fields and different countries, from changing tyres to teaching classical ballet, from B2B sales to helping underprivileged children.
